Knowledge from the Heart LLC was born from a desire to change the narrative around black women's health. Our founder, a seasoned Cardiac Cath Nurse and Color of Wellness Ambassador, saw firsthand the health inequities faced by black women. Witnessing a patient suffer angina as a warning sign of heart disease was a turning point. It was clear that there was a gap in understanding, preventing, and managing heart diseases among black women. This reality fueled her passion to create a platform that empowers black women to take charge of their health.
